2. Payment

If you are not insured, you are required to pay for the costs of any tests you may have had on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or cheque. Please report back to reception before leaving the clinic.

3. Parking

There is parking available on Harley Street that costs £3 per hour via the metre. Also parking at Regent’s Park, again at £3 per hour.

4. How to avoid the congestion charge?

You can avoid the congestion charge by parking at Regent's Park

5. Insurance

You will be asked to settle invoices in full on day of appointment. If you do not have your policy or authorisation number with you, then you’ll be asked to settle the account before leaving.

If you require a blood test, please call in advance to book a time to come in and see a nurse.

We have current health and safety policies that are in place and were approved with the utmost excellence by The Health Care Commission in February 2007.

11. Children

132 Harley Street is a children friendly and safe environment. Young children are welcome, but we would like to point out that it is the responsibility of the parents to care for them whilst visiting the clinic.

We are proud of our extremely clean environment and adhere to all current health and safety policies.

15. Taxi services

There are many black cabs that drive along Marylebone Road and Harley Street which make it easy to hail one, or ask at out reception desk when leaving the clinic if needing a taxi.
