Stojanka is originally from Croatia. She arrived in London 1993 and qualified as a beauty therapist three years later, combining her background in social work with a career looking after people on a daily basis.

After working for a friend in Little Venice, in 2000 she decided to found “The body and skin care room” where she has worked as full time therapist ever since.

Extending into the complementary therapy sector gave Stojanka an opportunity to meet the needs of more clients and extend her knowledge, as she believes that learning and personal and professional development should never stop.

She qualified as a reflexologist (2004), has taken course in manual lymphatic drainage (2006) and has qualified as a lymphoedema therapist, Dr Vodder Method (2008).

Finally she is a member of the Association of Reflexologists  and MLD UK. She has done voluntary work at CancerKin at Royal Free Hospital as Manual lymphatic drainage therapist.
